Buildings that feel like home from the first afternoon.

About

We’re an architecture practice in Bengaluru and Chennai.

We begin by listening. Where does the morning sun land? Which corner will your family actually sit in? What’s already on this site that’s worth keeping?

Then we dwell on the small things — the threshold you cross every day, the handrail under your palm, the door that closes with a good weight. Those are the parts you’ll remember.

How we work

Listen first. Design in place. Mind the details. Build something that lasts.
